Hosting & Management Subscription Cancellation Policy

As much as we want you to stay with us as a hosting or WordPress management client, we understand that sometimes it is inevitable that you need to move on.  You can cancel your service at any time with a 2 business day notice. Please keep in mind that if you wish to cancel; you will have to submit the request with enough time to process it, otherwise we may not be able to stop the next charge.

Refund Policy for Hosting & Management Subscriptions

We do not refund any payments received after the “30 day Guarantee” period has expired, what we will do is cancel your subscription so there will be no future charges, and then let it lapse on the next due date.
